My General Process
Informed by AGILE and instructional design models such as ADDIE, ASSURE, using Bloom's taxonomy, and other established methodologies, graphic design, color theory, and adult learning theory I meticulously refine each stage of my process to ensure an optimal experience in terms of aesthetics, functionality, and content. Prior to final development, my iterative process may encompass:
Developing performance objectives via backward design
Gaining buy-in from crucial stakeholders
Conducting some action mapping to identify potential gaps in performance objectives and ensure specified outcomes
Outlining client specific storyboards if necessary
Creating visual mockups
Using Design Thinking to construct prototypes and ideate for valuable feedback and ongoing improvement
Creating supplemental job aids, process aids or SOPs, etc. to supplement user experience
Constructivist design may also be used depending on the context of the project and if it makes sense.
Following implementation of a program, often we're seeking additional feedback via surveys and review of KPIs, QA, and call calibration to determine need for adjustments, evaluation of success, and continued enhancement and iteration for future programs.
The choice of approach to any given project depends on factors such as performance objectives, audience characteristics, available resources, and if it makes sense to use a particular method or mode of training.

FEEDBACK
"I couldn't be more happy and excited that I found Creative Insaight. Their personal touch, knowledge, and ability to understand vision, and creativity is unsurpassed by any other company I have used for branding and design."

" It was a pleasure and a huge value add to have Sayara on my team. She is not afraid to ask questions and really get down to what it is you are asking of her. When she is not working on the projects and tasks given she is constantly working on her professional development. Sayara worked very well with her coworkers and peers, volunteering to work along side anyone or shadow to gain a better understanding of work for the future. I have been told that I am a great leader, but leaders are defines by the people they support and I would support Sayara on any team I was a part of in the future. Any team or company would be lucky to have her. "

"...Sai showed such immense innovation, adaptability, and creativity that she stood out amongst our peers. She demonstrated in-depth knowledge of adult learning theory and did an outstanding job connecting that knowledge to curriculum design. The courses that she created were not only effective and efficient, but also aesthetically pleasing and entertaining."
Taylor Delker, Curriculum Specialist, Letter of Recommendation
"I had Sayara on my Training and Enablement team, and it was a privilege to serve her. She wore multiple hats in a fast-paced and demanding environment, which included instructional design for both technical and non-technical training initiatives, enablement, LMS administration & management, and training facilitation. Sai is a highly skilled instructional designer and in fact, became our team’s lead instructional designer for both instructor-led training and e-learning courses. She has an excellent understanding of learning theory, and is highly skilled in curriculum development, learning experience design, and building learning pathways. She builds top notch e-learning modules & courses, training decks, micro-trainings, training videos and training & enablement resources/aids.
To her work Sai brings confidence, creativity, teamwork, collaboration, a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to go above and beyond. When given a project to manage, or an initiative to complete, I could always count on the work being completed before the timeline given and that the end product would be of high quality. I also really appreciate her ability to manage ambiguity and pivot quickly to support the needs of the business. She stays on top of the latest developments in learning and development, is deeply committed to professional development, and is always looking to enhance her craft! Sayara is a talented professional who will be an incredible asset to your team and organization."
